That is too sad - I can't imagine how someone could be this way. Thank God this is the exception to the majority of people.
Heartbreaking to read about those poor little ones....
The poor 11 year old who found them, all the kids malnourished...who reaches out to people like this? I thought that after twins there was lots of support. How can things like this slip through the cracks?
So sad...especially for me...to read about things like this. So many mothers who would love to care for little ones, mothers who can't or don't get support, busy social workers who have so much on their plate they can't keep up with the need...it really is just heartbreaking...

Oh my God. And, WTF is wrong with people? I am so sorry for those poor little babies...
